Support <etal /> from MODS 3.5

Description

To support <etal /> in a easy-to-use way. We should allow the user to enter any abbreviation here is familiar with as a author name:

  • et.al.

  • u.a.

  • ua

  • etc.

  • u.s.w.

  • usw

  • "..."

A post-processors job is it to transform that into an <etal /> and a pre-processor should make a simple "et.al." for the editor form.
